Описание курса

  Данный курс развивает основные концепции понимания поведения индивидуума, группы и организации через критический анализ важнейших работ в данной области. В рамках курса рассматриваются темы: индивидуальный аффект и когнитивная способность, групповая деятельность и групповые процессы; организационная культура и адаптация; и др. Особое внимание уделяется использованию концепций поведенческой психологии для развития новых полезных исследований по организационному поведению.
